  • Technology choice. What will we use to implement the website ? Drupal, Joomla, Wordpress ..etc
  • Features. We need to define the features list, it may include the following:
    • Blogging for our team members.
    • Aggregator for our list of contributors.
    • Video portal.
    • Wiki.
    • Forums.
