Ubuntu 10.04 release party - To be held in Tampere on the 5th of May 2010 and in Helsinki List of 10.04 release parties in our Blog.
Ubuntu 10.04 Finnish Remix and Quick Guide - We'll update the current quick guide and publish it as an DVD inlay. It will be distributed all across Finland as our previous guides have been.
Participating in organizing of aKademy 2010 in Tampere, Finland
Set up Linux-stand on future Assembly Summer-events - Assembly Summer is one of the biggest demoparty in Europe. - There has been support from local Ubuntu Marketplace companies.
Working to enable our teams to be more effective: Marketing/blog, support (IRC, forums), translators.

We wrote a wikibook 'Ubuntu tutuksi' (Get to know Ubuntu) to make it easy for beginners to start with Ubuntu
Close co-operation with COSS, the Finnish Center for Open Source Solutions, for example our Team Contact is one of the referees in 'Ubuntu Challenge' programming competition

Ubuntu Finland itself was awarded the "Linux-tekijä 2008" main award in 2008 press release, UWN Issue 90. The prize money has been used to print Ubuntu CDs and promotional material for release parties and other events. The award was handed over by the Finnish Minister of Communications.
Started LinuCast, a Linux-podcast in 2007, which was honored with the "Linux-tekijä 2009" title - Spinned off in 2009, currently the only Linux-podcast in Finland.
