An update from the Forums Council for April of 2013

• Forum upgrade took place, there are still some small issues to deal with.
• Plugins for new forum have been security checked and we are now waiting for them to be installed.
• We lost some of the moderation team, who are all welcome back - Varuendra, uRock and nothingspecial.
• Thread title edit time limit set at 1 day, post edit time limit was removed.
• Tutorials and Tips was re-opened, slightly changed from previous. Wiki discussion area will remain.
