Basicly we work per chapter. Add your name if you can commit the time and want to be responsible for a chapter.

If you add yourself try to finish that chapter within a week. If you don't have the time until later, just check back when you have time. This to prevent that we end up with empty chapters when people have the intention but we find out at the last moment nothing happened. I hope this is understandable since we have a serious lack of time.
