Current Issues
- Tested with 7.10 Gutsy, kernel: 2.6.22-14-generic #1 SMP
Before the installation of any linux distribution, you should update to BIOS-Version 208 because of kernel panics due to an incompatibility of agp and acpi with the older BIOS, problems comes back on feisty and gutsy, but boots well with the boot option "nolapic" - needs polish for SD-Card Reader (see notes)
- problems with multimedia-keys (see notes)

The issues below are the same as in Asus M6800, tested on dapper and not updated for gutsy

Multimedia hotkeys (except volume up/down/mute) are not handled by default https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/xkeyboard-config/+bug/37225 Power4gear hotkey not correctly handled: its functionality is not to lock the screen but to switch between some predefined power profiles (powersave, dynamic, performance...) https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/xkeyboard-config/+bug/35791
