Current Issues

  • With Ubuntu 7.04
    • The live cd wont boot and it will hang in mid way (both 64bit and 32bit editions)
    • Have to do the following workaround
      1. Boot with the live CD and when it shows the first menu
      2. Press 'Esc' and you will be taken to a command line.
      3. There type this line: "live pci=noapci"
      4. Hit Enter

  • With Ubuntu 7.10
    • Currently under testing
    • Live CD does not boot properly
      • Hangs at "Starting DHCP D-Bus daemon dhcdbd"
    • Boot parameters "live noacpi", doesn't help as in Feisty
      • Displays some error messages and screen goes blank
