   • Package should work out of the box since it is a library.

   • Maintenance in Debian is calm.

   • Upstream is dead.

   • No upstream bug tracker.
   • No special hardware needed.

   • FHS, Debian Policy compliant.

   • Debian library packaging guide standards compliant.

   • Uses debhelper with no patching system

6. Dependencies:

   • debhelper, libtool
   • All in main.
