Meetings
Friday, November 9th 2007, 20:00 UTC.
Please, if you're interested in the organization and proceedings of the ["MOTU"] crew, drop by in #ubuntu-meeting on irc.freenode.net at the time listed above.
Agenda
REVU requirements: I couldn't find the list of conditions that a pacakge for REVU on the wiki, and would like to propose a set, including: package should be lintian/linda clean, package should have a watch file, etc. - ["EmmetHikory"]
Review of new upstream versions: There are several methods of requesting sponsorship for new upstream versions listed on the wiki. I'd like to propose standardisation to the posting of an interdiff of the packaging in a bug to which sponsors are subscribed. - ["EmmetHikory"]
Simplification of new package/new upstream version status tracking: Currently we are tracking this in many cases both in REVU and LP. Now that we have stable URLs from REVU, it's an easy process change to do it in only one place. I'll send a detailed proposal to the MOTU ML before the meeting. See https://lists.ubuntu.com/archives/ubuntu-motu/2007-November/002675.html - ["ScottKitterman"]
SRU process change: Do we want to add the TEST CASE requirement that Main just added? See https://wiki.ubuntu.com/StableReleaseUpdates?action=diff&rev2=71&rev1=69 - ["ScottKitterman"]
Ubuntu Universe Sponsors Day: With the recent change of hands of administration for the Ubuntu Universe Sponsors queue, I would like to put forward a proposal about having dedicated days to clear this very important queue. - ["LukeYelavich"]
