Main inclusion report for language-selector

Requirements

1. Availability: http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/universe/l/language-selector, available on all arches (python).

2. Rationale: Will be part of the desktop seed and the default way to install a new language/switch the current language

3. Security:

• No CANs.
• Writen in Python
• Uses python-apt, needs gksudo to be executed

4. QA:

• Installation: adds itself to the system menu (System/Administration)
• Bugs: only one whishlist bug in ubuntu bugzilla

5. Standards compliance:

• Standard python packaging.

• FHS met.
• Debian policy met (two minor lintian warning that will be fixed with the next upload).
