Main Inclusion Report for sourcepackage

Requirements

1. Availability: http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/universe/libc/libchewing, available for all supported architectures

2. Rationale:

   • Even though there are input methods for Traditional Chinese such as gcin and xcin, it's better to have scim-chewing for scim which will be a default input method for CJK users. Scim-Chewing is depend on libchewing2, and libchewing2 depend on libchewing-data.

3. Security:

   • No security histroy.

4. Quality assurance:

   • Well maintained as a sub project of scim-im.org and chewing.csie.net.
