1. Availability: http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/universe/libp/libpgjava, available for all supported architectures

2. Rationale:

   • Build dependency of jython
   • Suggestion of openoffice.org-base
   • PostgreSQL is in main, java as well, so should be the binding

3. Security:

   • No binaries running as root or suid/sgid.
