2. Rationale: The package is required for modle in the Edubuntu server metapackage

   • Needs no setup after install

   • One important bug for the current version, apparently affecting us in Debbugs even if i cant reproduce or confirm it with our postgresql-8.0 packages (works fine for the moodle install)
