IRC Channel operators added and levels changed for Matthew Copple and Kent Seaton to Operator status. Official communications outside of the meetings will be held on the mailing list for archival purposes.

Meeting times and frequency

Current meeting times are sporadic and needs locked down to specific times and dates. Meeting dates will be held on the first and third Wednesdays of every month. Times will be held at 02:30 UMT. Dates and times can change but will be posted prior to any changes. Approval for changes will be made within the team meeting.

Beyond Ubuntu and LUGs

Currently the members of the LoCo reside near the greater Kansas City area. Proposal was recommended to start a LUG. The standing recommendation is to first make sure the Ubuntu LoCo is running good, then build a LUG as a part of the LoCo.

A get together has been set up for this weekend 2007/7/21 as a meet and greet other members. Not an official item of agenda, however this will be the final notes of each meeting

Conclusion

As the first official meeting of MissouriTeam, this Wiki page will be put through the approval process. Most items of the agenda have been approved or approved but pending. The IRC Logs will be added later. Special thanks goes out to John Crawford (Johnc4510) and Stephen Stalcup (Vorian) for their mentoring in these early times.
