Problem downloading from streams.canonical.com

Attempt 4 to download tools from
https://streams.canonical.com/juju/tools/releases/juju-1.24.5-trusty-amd64.tgz...\ncurl:
(7) Failed to connect to streams.canonical.com port 443: Connection timed out

If you run into errors similar to above you may need to enable IP Forwarding.
