- [skaet] drive a discussion to resolve disconnect between what we're calling rc vs. a beta 2. Should we do a beta 2 weeks before, or rc and be strict about it? How many bugs tested post RC? Team Updates

Overview

Alpha 2 tasks, as indicated by the burn down charts are starting indicate progress again after holiday break, but overall above trend line. Had discussions with ARM and Server team, and expecting changes post-rally. Will have better feel for which tasks move to Alpha 3 after the rally.
Not much motion on the current milestoned bugs over the holiday, but progress starting there again too.
