Hi! I'm an Spanish Ubuntero :). You can see [https://launchpad.net/~ricardo my page in Launchpad], too.

I'm the [https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-l10n-es Ubuntu Spanish Translators] team administrator, and a Spanish translator via Launchpad.

As administrator, my job is, basically, to approve/decline new membership requests for the team, using the criteria published in the [https://wiki.ubuntu.com/UbuntuSpanishTranslators team wiki page]. I helped to write that wiki page, as you can see [https://wiki.ubuntu.com/UbuntuSpanishTranslators?action=info in the info view].

As translator, our job is to translate Ubuntu into the Spanish language. I'm doing translation works since 2005, and I do send bugreports about translation problems regularly. You can see [https://translations.launchpad.net/~ricardo/ my latest translations].

I teach Computer Science in a High School of Andalusia, Spain. I installed and maintaining three computer labs entirely with Ubuntu computers. We teach software technology with PHP, Apache, PostgreSQL and Linux basics.
