New users of Ubuntu may find the environment a bit unsettling. Especially if you're used to a Windows environment. This screen-cast will give you a brief overview of the functionality of the included programs within Ubuntu, give you a simple knowledge of how to navigate the desktop environment, show how the Ubuntu/Gnome desktop is laid out, and what all the icons and Menu items mean.

- Working Ubuntu desktop.

- Some knowledge of Windows. (e.g. The difference between a program, document file, and folder. How to use the start menu)
