The South Dakota Ubuntu Local Community Team promotes the use of Ubuntu and other open source technologies in South Dakota through service, education, and advocacy.

Events and Activities

• An [http://vermlug.org/?p=20 Install fest] was held in February 2008

• An Ubuntu install demonstration was presented to the ACM Student Chapter at USD in Vermillion in November 2007.
