UbuntuDownUnder

Ubuntu Down Under was the second public Ubuntu developer conference (after the MataroConference and before UbuntuBelowZero). It was held at the Vibe Hotel Rushcutters in Sydney, Australia, from 25 to 30 April 2005.

The aim of UDU was to set the agenda and goals for development of Ubuntu 5.10 (codenamed "Breezy Badger"). All core Ubuntu developers attended, and anyone else who was interested or involved in Ubuntu was welcome to attend as well. As in Mataro, the conference focused on informal "Birds of a Feather" meetings, or BoFs.
