Ubuntu 13.04 (Raring Ringtail) Beta 2 released

Steve Langasek from the Ubuntu Release Team announces the first and only Beta milestone for Ubuntu 13.04 (Raring Ringtail) is released. He also announces availability for Beta 2 images of flavours, including the recently approved UbuntuKylin and Ubuntu GNOME flavours.

Sergio Meneses of the LoCo Council announces that there will not be any 13.04 CDs or DVDs sent to the approved LoCo teams, and future CDs and DVDs will only be available for LTS releases.
