What is “Support”?

The Ubuntu Studio team provide their definition of support, focusing firstly on development and maintenance as it relates to Ubuntu Studio, with a reminder that normal releases provide 9 months of support, and LTS releases have 3 years. Next the post moves to technical support where community support is requested, with a reminder on where support is available for Ubuntu Studio. This is a very clear plea for needed help with provided user support for the continuation of this flavor.
