IRC Council resolution: On Recent freenode Events

Thomas Ward on behalf of the Ubuntu Community Council informs us of the vote to support the migration of the IRC home of Ubuntu to Libera.chat. Thomas provides a list of the tasks designated to the IRCC, and the Canonical contact, Monica Ayhens-Madon.

Updating your launchpad pages

With the Community Councils approval of migration to Libera.Chat, Melissa Draper asks if we have op access to freenode core channels, that we update launchpad pages so they point to Libera.Chat, and thus assist in the migration.
