My main contribution up to now was translating ubuntu documents into Japanese, which is my first language and reporting bugs for ubuntu alpha and beta versions (and distributing Ubuntu CDs to my friends). I think I want to become a MOTU in the future. To this end, I'm reading documents relating MOTU little by little and I firstly consider to start triaging bugs to help reducing bugs. |

About me
Hi, I'm afujihara. I live in Hyogo, JAPAN.
I'm a ubuntu lover and using intrepid on my desktop and jaunty alpha 6 on my laptops now.
My main contribution up to now was translating ubuntu documents into Japanese, which is my first language
and reporting bugs for ubuntu alpha and beta versions (and distributing Ubuntu CDs to my friends).
I think I want to become a MOTU in the future.
To this end, I'm reading documents relating MOTU little by little and I firstly consider to start triaging bugs to help reducing bugs.

My recent To-Dos
1. Read documents to understand how to triage bugs.
2. Attend to hugday events to triage bugs.
3. Translation (English to Japanese)
I think that the translation of
Ubuntu Weekly Newsletter(https://wiki.ubuntu.com/UbuntuWeeklyNewsletter) and Full Circle Magazine (http://fullcirclemagazine.org/)
are interesting tasks for me. But it is hard to do alone because a vast amount of texts needs to be translated in every week or month...
P.S. I have recently gotten started the translation of UWN with the members in UWN Japanese Translators Team (https://launchpad.net/~uwn-jp).
