I live in the United States, hold a Bachelors and Masters degree in Electrical Engineering, and work in the networks industry. I have been using Ubuntu as an operating system for work and play for about 7 years.

Short Term Goals

  • Be a part of the Ubuntu BugSquad, get a mentor, and help triage bugs.

  • After some experience, help in some of the bite-size dev tasks

Long Term Goals

  • Learn more about the Linux kernel and how it handles networking
  • Learn how kernel vulnerabilities are discovered and patched
