Fix our webpages - a new Drupal based site is being worked on, a new design needs to be worked on, a forum integration for the mailing list is being contemplated.
Ubuntu Live! 10.04 - We have a more 'business' focused Live! planed for the 10.04 LTS release. It is being planed in corporation with OSL
Lucid+1 Bootcamp - Community event to prepare for the Lucid release cycle
Ubuntu Live! - Keep having some events with focus on new Ubuntu releases every 6 months.
Global Jam etc. - more involvement in Global Jams, hug days and similar global events.
Non global meatups - arrange regular and semi regular meat ups, to work on different aspects of Ubuntu.
