• contact another member to give you the appropriate flags (the manager template with ChanServ)

• also make sure to add +I $a:your-nickserv-account to the channel mode so you can get back in when e.g. netsplits happen

• if you want logs, you'll have to ask a senior member for their logs

Mailing List

• join the mailing list

• feel free to join in on moderation/administration; ask a senior member for more info

Blog

• ask a senior member to add you to our blog, which is syndicated to Planet Ubuntu

Wiki

• subscribe to the LoCoCouncil/Agenda page so you can get updates on any applications

TODO

• ask a senior member to join our Trello board

Regular Business

Meetings

• someone should be designated as the chair and interact with meetingology

• update LoCoCouncil/Minutes when completed

• make sure to update ~locoteams-verified and ~locoteams on Launchpad as needed

• edit LoCoCouncil/Agenda to remove completed applicants and show the new date/time

• consider a blog about anything newsworthy!

General Maintenance

• watch for expirations and try to encourage LoCo teams ahead of time
