You have been a MOTU Hopeful for a while now, and would like to become a MOTU ?
First, you have to become an Ubuntu Member. Follow the [http://www.ubuntu.com/community/processes/newmember/ process described here] and on ["CommunityCouncilAgenda"].
Then, you have to become a Universe Maintainer. Follow the steps in ["MaintainerCandidates"] and ["TechnicalBoardAgenda"].
Finally, join the MOTU team
To become an Ubuntu Member, you'll have to list your work in Universe packages, assisting MOTUs (merges, syncs, bug fixing, etc) on your wiki homepage. Doing so from the start will probably help! Ask other MOTUs or MOTU Hopefuls for examples if needed.
