This is the wiki page for the Ubuntu MA Team that is currently being formed. The team will coordinate to spread ubuntu in the Boston area. The team will be a chapter of the ["NUUbuntuTeam"]. We share their goals, but are here to focus more locally. The main advantage is we can have team meetings in person.
The Ubuntu Massachusetts Local Community Team advocates Open Source and the use of Ubuntu throughout the State of Massachusetts through outreach programs to educate, promote, supply, and support the public.

Our team is a chapter of the ["NUUbuntuTeam"] which promotes Ubuntu in the North Eastern United States. We share their goals but focus locally in Massachusetts.

The Ubuntu Massachusetts Team is still working to become approved.
