About Me should be written by others, because I find it difficult to tell something about myself. Not because I'm not interesting, but I'm not a good story writer.

I think that I'm not the master-coder that would change the entire world with his codes. But I do think I can be a good project manager or find the people who can realize what I've got in mind. When I joined the community in nov-dec of 2010 I wouldn't have thought that I would get so involved with so many projects. I planned on staying a bit in the background, only to help others when I absolutely was sure about an answer. Learning and helping as I went I got involved with the BeginnersTeam.

On a more casual side-note: I play clarinet, bass-clarinet, saxophone and sing Tenor =D. That last one pretty good, because I sing in the quartet of an amateur choir. I was also interested in the lightweight (now) recognized flavour of Ubuntu called Lubuntu. In jan-feb 2011 I joined #lubuntu and #lubuntu-offtopic channels to get to know the team and help where possible.

Programming Skills
I've got programming skills in the following languages:
 *Java (intermediate)
 *Genie (beginner)
Now after two years I'm starting to feel really confident about my abilities as wiki-admin and start to pursuit a new direction. If you know a good place to get started on Artwork and Design for Ubuntu/Linux: feel free to contact me.

I'm a member in the Voice driven UI and the Speech Control Team because both have got to do with speech recognition. And I think that is the next step in accessibility/usability.
The 19th of April 2012 will always be a special day for me. Not only because I became accepted as Wiki Admin but I also became an Ubuntu Member. A day to remember, for sure.

In both I'm a general interest member, meaning that I'm playing the waiting game. I don't know if my programming skills are good enough to be of help. == Contact Information ==

At the moment I'm studying to become Bachelor of ICT in the field of Programmer. While I'm doing this, I plan on also getting a few certificates in the Linux and http/php/css.

I'm currently working on IM Solo, a single window multi-protocol instant messenger. I got the idea at OMG!Ubuntu! and have been working on it from time to time.

None, yet! But I've only just started getting involved in Ubuntu, other than being a user.

= Testimonials = I've started contributing to Ubuntu since I joined the Beginners Team but it became more serious after I joined the Lubuntu team. As time progressed I became more knowledgeable about Ubuntu, Lubuntu and using the moinmoin wiki with all it's features. As such I've become the Team Leader for the Wiki section of Lubuntu. Because my contributions are already quite reasonable and will only become more did me decide to move it to it's own sub-page, which can be found here.

Future Goals
I'm on my way to mastering the moinmoin wiki and as my next "challenge" I've decided to pursuit something I loved to do as a kid: Design/Drawing! For starters I've decided to first input my thoughts on the Ubuntu Design team, as well the TV team and the Phone team. I've also joined the Lubuntu Artwork group.

Because a lot of people were putting up testimonials (thanks everyone!) I've moved them to it's own sub-page, which can be found here
