How is LibreOffice translated upstream
Most LibreOffice translators use TDF’s Weblate instance at translations.documentfoundation.org. It’s not necessary for you to create an account to send suggestions, but if you want to become a maintainer for your language and be able to send translations right away, you will need one.
The latest translations are committed to LibreOffice’s “translations” Git repository a day before every release candidate is scheduled to be released.
How to get in touch or join a LibreOffice translation team
Send a message to their general l10n mailing list at l10n AT global.libreoffice.org.
Check whether there’s a local mailing list for your language you might want to contact instead.
