You do NOT need to be a leader to participate! Many of the skills we teach improve communication and organization, and nearly everyone can benefit.
These sessions are NOT required to be a community leader. You can often become a community leader by showing up to a meeting and asking for some responsibility! These sessions can teach you how to be a better understood, more effective, and more fulfilled leader.

Preparation: We do expect all trainers to have signed the Code of Conduct, and to obey the Classroom Guidelines of course. We do expect all participants to obey the Code of Conduct.
