Mark Shuttleworth weighed in on the subject stating the EULA is a reasonable requirement and that Mozilla is simply protesting their trademark. In fact, Ubuntu has similar guidelines about use of their Trademark. A number of users are not pleased and state that “mandating this EULA is going too far”.
