LXLE 12.04.3 is a stable respin of Lubuntu 12.04.3, which means that its base software is Lubuntu and Ubuntu based. The best place to find support for Lubuntu and Ubuntu distros is in the Ubuntu wiki's, Forums, and their respective websites. These well developed support areas can assist you how to format your hard drives, make installation DVDs and USBs, install software packages, and anything else you may encounter. (The exceptions to this are listed below, in the section marked LXLE Paradigm - Specific Support.)

In addition to this, both Google and DuckDuckGo search engine environments now have tools that help focus Ubuntu related searches - Googlubuntu and uDuck. LXLE recommends uDuck, which toggles to uGoogle, a tool developed by the security conscious LXLE development team.
