It is an introduction to Ubuntu, discussing the history, goals and philosophies. It also delved into the success factors that made Ubuntu the top Linux distribution choice in a short span of time. A day after Linux World, the talk was also given at the Ateneo Professional Schools to the Ateneo Information Technology Institute (AITI). The whole presentation was given using Edubuntu workstation. JeromeGotangco - Ubuntu, at the forefront of the Linux Desktop Revolution - presented during the [http://www.creaweb.co.kr/oss/index.html 5th Software Insight Conference] at the COEX in Seoul, Korea last December 2, 2005. This presentation gives an updated overview of the project as well as what's going to happen during the Dapper release cycle.
