Access to our LoCo PayPal account will be very stringently handed out. Only those who will be directly managing financial costs will be allowed access.

Transaction History

ALL transactions MUST have a note of what was sold, what cost it was sold at, and what the shipping cost was.

A notice of the transaction must also be submitted to the mailing list with a link to the action date.

A transaction summary must also be noted in the Wiki at SouthDakotaTeam/Treasury/Transactions.

Notice

• NO member of the Treasury is to be a member of the Warehouse.
• There MUST be communication between these two groups to keep an accurate history of products and transactions.

All transactions MUST be logged.
