Tags added to Launchpad bugs used to be emailed before the ones which were removed, which seemed counter-intuitive. With a recent change in Launchpad the order of notification has been switched.

Ubuntu 11.10 Says Goodbye to the 'Me Menu'

An update to the indicator menus this weekend saw the 'Me Menu' ('indicator-me') removed and replaced with an 'IM Status' section in the Messaging Menu.

Ambiance To Get A Dark Toolbar, Compiz Modal Dialogs Update [Oneiric]

Webupd8 reports that Ambiance, the default Ubuntu theme, will get a dark toolbar very soon. Compiz was also updated and the modal dialogs finally look like they are supposed to for Unity 3D.
