upload libplist - investigated why it fails on builders, but not here; seems we are finally struck by builders not supporting thumb2; workaround would be to use -marm or wait till new thumb2 enabled builders are up (i prefer the latter)

investigate mono issues with upstream - cherry-picked a backported patch to fix 6 more test failures; rest is supposed to be fixed in 2.6 and backports seem to be too hard.
