Our primary recommended place for support is out Ask Ubuntu Support Service. Please look there to see if a question has already been asked and answered that covers your issue.

You can Ask a Question Here - please don t file bugs here otherwise your question will be closed. Bugs can be filed here. If you do not know which project to select, use Ubuntu Accomplishments System.
