• Ubuntu "Jaunty" 9.04 was announced April 23, 2009. Jaunty Release notes contain important information and should be read before upgrading or installing.

• The Canonical press releases on the desktop, netbook & server versions have helpful Jaunty overviews. For higher level descriptions, the Canonical Tour of new features, technical overview, Ars Technica's Jaunty review and Tux Radar's Ubuntu History might be interesting.

• Ubuntu distributes software created by X.org video and Linux wireless networking projects. Intel video driver users or developers may find this blog post helpful.
