Provide local supports (continuous efforts)
We found that most Malaysians are actively using Facebook for online communication. Therefore, we took an effort to manage Ubuntu Malaysia LoCo Team group on Facebook which currently have 796 members for easy local support.
- We still maintain our IRC channel #ubuntu-my on freenode for realtime local support.
Our LoCo forum, at http://forums.ubuntu.com.my is also available for local support via forum. But lately, people are more on facebook.
