The QA tools sessions and beyond will require people to have the 'ISO' of what they want to test for raring pre-downloaded.

KVM session requires the pre-installation via synaptic of virt-manager.

Virtual Box session requires the pre-installation via Virtual Box. Select the AMD64 version and then also add extension Pack.
