Issues
Ubuntu Localization and Translations issues are handled by the Ubuntu Translations (ubuntu-translations) project.
The project is used in the following purpose:
tracking internationalization bugs in the applications included in Ubuntu
provide support to the Ubuntu community for things related to the translation process
tracking of current tasks and actions toward improving the Ubuntu Translation process

Bugs in Launchpad Translation system (Rosetta) - You can report any bug or add any feature request for Launchpad Translations (Rosetta) using Launchpad Bugs. For other bugs, just use the normal Ubuntu bug reporting process and tag them with i18n or l10n.

Launchpad Translations (Rosetta) issue
Launchpad Translations (Rosetta) is the web tool used for translating Ubuntu. Issues should be reported using the Launchpad Translations (Rosetta) bug tracking.
If you have problems using Launchpad Translations (Rosetta) please consult the Launchpad Translations (Rosetta) Help Pages. If after reading the help pages you still have questions, please ask them using Launchpad Translations (Rosetta) Answers.
Before adding a bug for Launchpad Translations (Rosetta) please make this is not actually an Ubuntu bug.
