The objectives is design a new an fresh metacity but agree visual funtionality than actual

Goals

-active window have border (color selected) this one its better for differentiate active than inactive windows.

-butons are agruped for the buttons are grouped for faster display all

-button style it'sdiferent to windows or mac'OS.

-topbar color are same than background theme, it' feels consistent window however the side of the title FIELDS make identifiable remains a bar to drag the window

-the buttons i the title bar are more clear inactive to boost the main window
