Australian Team meetings are held on the second Sunday of every month, 8pm AEST (GMT+10) in #ubuntu-au on freenode. Please add agenda items below
We use Meetingology to conduct the meetings. Details of how to use this bot can be found on the Meetingology wiki page.
Adding Items to Agenda
You are welcome to add any items that you feel should be discussed to the agenda for the next meeting. To do so, follow these steps:
- Select the next meeting from the list
- Login to the Team Portal using your Launchpad account (login link should be in the top left corner of the page)
- If you are a member of the Ubuntu Australian Team on Launchpad, you will be able to add an agenda item to the list using the links on the meeting page.
Note: Please also e-mail your topic to the list so that all members (even those who can't make meetings) are aware and can contribute to the topic. This will aid in keeping meetings short and discussion open.
