General Agenda Items and Proposals
PLEASE COME TO THE MEETINGS PREPARED.
This means:
- If there is an issue for the team, add it to the agenda.
- Agenda items then should be discussed "informally" on #ubuntufourms-beginners. 90 % of the discussion should have taken place before the meeting.
- Meetings are primarily for decision making/team votes. Read the agenda and discuss your thoughts before the meeting. 10 % (or less) of the discussion should happen during the meeting.
- Agenda items that require more then 5 minutes of discussion may need to be deferred.

This section is for nomination for membership. Padawan will be nominated here at the discretion of masters and voted by team members at the next meeting. If you are nominated please try to attend the meeting. If you are unable to attend please notify bodhi.zazen (or at least the person that nominated you, who will then pass it on).

FG Leader Nominations
Elections take place every 6 months. Please add your name with a link to your wiki page. On your page, have a short agenda of your proposed plans for the team to fulfill in the following 6 months. Proposed agendas should be no more than 100 words. Current leads are listed and assumed to want to be considered for re-election, but still must have a proposed agenda.

Discussion
- Name - As far a a name change, after much deep thought I prefer we keep UFBT. This is for two reasons :
- I prefer to keep the forums base / focus .
- Logistics of changing wiki pages / LP / mailing lists etc.
- Membership - Quiz dead ?
- Moderation - Seems better. A few issues yet.
- Focus Groups -- we need to know if the focus groups currently listed cover all the areas the team is in. Do we need to add any or remove any?
